Health and nutrition have been a lifelong study for me. While receiving my Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics I found my specialties in community outreach and clinical nutrition, specifically, with malnutrition prevention and populations in recovery and life stage changes.  Megan O’Grady Nutrition is my nutrition hub where I can provide recipes, resources, and nutritional services. My practice focuses on health using straightforward and concrete information. I believe in a food-first approach focused on balance and longevity using various techniques.
